Shipping to the UK

All parcels shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail: £4 (Delivery time 1-3 working days)

Shipping to Ireland and European countries

All parcels shipped to Ireland and Europe are sent International Standard with Royal Mail, and cost £8. (Delivery Time 5-7 working days)

This is a low-cost shipping option, and parcels are only covered up to £20. If Irish/European customers wish for their parcel to be insured up to £250, contact info@twoosie.co.uk, and we can ship 'International Standard Tracked and Signed' for an increased price.

Shipping to all other countries

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £20.

All parcels are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. (Delivery time 5-7 working days)
All worldwide parcels are covered up to the value of £250 for loss/damage.

Shipping disclaimer

TWOOSIE is not liable for any loss/damage incurred when the parcels is in transit. Any disputes should be with Royal Mail directly. We are happy to provide proof of posting to help with any unfortunate situations!

When will I receive my order?

Garments are made to order so please allow anywhere between 5-10 working days for your order to process, excluding additional delivery time. Processing may take longer around busy times (i.e. around the launch of a new collection). If you require the garments for a specific date, please CONTACT us BEFORE purchasing.

Returning an item.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact before purchasing if you have any queries. Use our contact form found on the contact page, write:"Return: Your Order number", and let us know the reason for returning. You must contact us within 2 days of the item arriving. Items can only be returned within 7 days. The return postage is not covered by TWOOSIE. We will not accept returns for anything clearly listed on the website, and the full amount (- postage) will only be refunded if the item is received in resalebale condition. Upon returning, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

What is your return policy?

Please read the descriptions (e.g. 'boxy' or 'oversized') very carefully, and if you need additional information please contact info@twoosie.co.uk before purchasing. Items cannot be returned for anything that we have clearly specified in the product listing. So please read carefully before purchasing. Items can only be returned unworn, and in a re-saleable condition. If an item is returned, and upon it's arrival we see that it is damaged/not re sellable condition, the item will be sent back to you.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. All of our TWOOSIE's are handmade by a small team, so quantities are very limited. Unfortunately if an item is sold out, that's probably it, unless we decide to re-release at a later date.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted.
You will receive a second email, once your order has been dispatched.
